What is the return policy?
We are unable to accept returns on our coffee due to the nature of the product. If you have any issues with your order, reach out to us at orders@sleepinjoe.com
When will I get my order?
If you order before noon, it will likely be roasted same day, but delays may occur up to 48 hours. Shipping may take multiple days to reach you, but on the bright side, the taste of fresh beans increases over the first few days!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders! As part of Sleepin' Joe's philosophy, we want no surprises to what our customers pay. What you see is what you pay and get!
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within Canada. If you are from another country and interested in our coffee, send an email to let us know!
