What is the return policy?

We are unable to accept returns on our coffee due to the nature of the product. If you have any issues with your order, reach out to us at orders@sleepinjoe.com

When will I get my order?

Orders placed before noon on a weekday are roasted and shipped by the end of the next business day. Delivery times depend on your location. West Coast orders may arrive as early as the next day, while other regions may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders! As part of Sleepin' Joe's philosophy, we want no surprises to what our customers pay. What you see is what you pay!

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Canada. If you are from another country and interested in our coffee, send an email to let us know!

Our business hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday.

Orders will not be processed over the weekend and will be sent out as soon as possible during the above business days.

Your coffee will always be roasted fresh just prior to shipping, regardless of when you order.
